United Recovery Project provides a full continuum of care for substance abuse rehabilitation and a residential program for mental health. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, EXPERIENCED SHARK Admissions Coordinator/ Phone Representative with experience in the Substance Abuse Treatment/ Mental Health industry.

Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator:

receives incoming phone calls from those seeking treatment or their loved ones.

performs basic data entry and computer work.

enters all necessary client information into Salesforce.

Pay Range $80,000 to $135,000 annually

commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 6 months call center/ sales experience required.

Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery process preferred .

Salesforce CRM experience preferred.



ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

-Drug free work place.

-On going sales training & support.

-Must be able to commit to 40 hr work week.

-Must have a reliable source of transportation.

-Must be fluent in English.
