We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The position offers a base salary plus a generous commission structure, with the potential for first-year earnings between $65K and $95K. This role requires fieldwork, canvassing, and running appointments to generate new business.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed established sales goals and targets.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
Canvass the assigned territory and set up appointments to generate proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate leads.
Sell a variety of services, including recurring contracts, supplies, and one-time services.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Regional Director to implement sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems (Zoho).
Participate in weekly sales meetings and continuous professional development.
Ensure a minimum of 40-50 sales calls per day, with a target of 16 appointments per month.
Maintain a closing percentage of 30% or higher and consistently reach monthly sales quotas.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Previous sales experience in a service-based industry.

Familiarity with sales reporting software (e.g., Zoho or similar CRM systems).
