Abeka Office Inbound Agent
The Inbound Agent communicates with customers and collaborates with supervisors, other staff, and student employees. The Agent should constantly seek to increase job knowledge and further develop customer service skills.

Communicate with Customers
Communicate effectively with Abeka customers regarding shipment, billing, and damages. Communicate with other departments as needed.
Assist Other Departments
Work with and assist others including supervisors, co-workers, and employees of other departments. Assist with special projects in conjunction with other departments as assigned.
Increase Job Knowledge
Know and understand all policies, procedures, and processes of the Customer Service Department. Be familiar with each department of the Abeka Office.
Recommend Improvements
Suggest improvements to the procedures and processes of customer service.

Education
AS, BA, BS, HS (Required)
Work Experience
1+ years in a call center, 1+ years in customer service
Physical Requirements and Skills
Microsoft Office, Operate standard office equipment, Written and Verbal Communications (Inactive)
