Online Learning Communications Assistant

The Online Learning Communications Assistant manages all online learning communications, providing assistance to online students and faculty. The Assistant also supervises the Online Learning Testing and Resource Center, oversees proctoring processes and systems, provides support for online courses, and assists with recording monitoring and test proctoring.

Manage Online Learning Communications

Act as the online learning administrative assistant in the testing and resource center, responding to all in-person, phone and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure student access to testing computers and faculty access to work stations. Organize and manage all online learning records and resources.

Oversee Proctoring Processes and Systems

Manage the electronic proctoring system, processing incident reports as needed. Act as a support liaison to faculty regarding online proctoring. Help online learning students find suitable proctors that meet all criteria. Communicate the appropriate Canvas test codes to proctors.

Provide Course and Project Support

Assists with course preparation as directed by creating tests and quizzes, performing quality checks, and helping with other projects as assigned.

Assist with Monitoring and Proctoring

Monitor daily recordings to ensure quality. Assist with test proctoring as needed.
