Post Office Coordinator
The Post Office Coordinator oversees the operations of the College Post Office such as processing Campus Mail/US mail, assigning mailboxes, resolving mail complications, managing the Lost and Found.
Perform Daily Office Jobs
Set a high standard of conduct while conducting daily responsibilities such as sorting and delivering administrative mail, ordering office supplies, managing Lost and Found, and assisting the Mail Forwarding Clerk and/or GAs with various tasks.
Maintain Mailbox Assignments
Assign mail boxes for incoming students and Graduate Assistants. Add and remove staff mail boxes. Request maintenance repairs on mailboxes as needed.
Resolve Complications
Be familiar with all aspects of mail handling, including forwarding, returning to sender, fixing package problems, and removing from mail list. Be prepared to handle difficult situations, answer questions, and resolve conflicts.
Supervise Student Workers
Schedule student work hours. Train and supervise student daily work activities. Evaluate their performance. Encourage productivity and efficiency.

College Degree: Office Systems, HS (Required)
Work Experience
1+ years as a supervisor, 1+ years in an office
