As a CEFCO team member, you will:
- Oversee food service operations and ensure sales and profitability goals are exceeded.
- Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment.
- Coach and develop the food service team.
- Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
Here's what we're looking for:
- 2 years' management experience in fast food or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
