DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor pickleball facilities
• Take reservations and schedules facilities
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of courts
• Sell and stock concessions and retail, reporting low levels and customer requests to supervisors
• Deliver a high level of customer service by working the front desk, answering incoming calls, and assisting guests in-person for optimal guest satisfaction
• Handles cash and credit card transactions as well as deposit receipts
• Register players for pickleball
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Customer Relations and front desk experience preferred
• Point of Sale register and cash handling experience preferred
• Capable of multi-tasking and working independently
• Must have a valid state issued driver's license with a reliable means of transportation
• Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted and 30 pounds assisted
• Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
• Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug free workplace
