Description:

Pegasus Laboratories, Inc., part of PBI-Gordon Corporation, is actively hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative who will provide front desk, customer-facing service.

Pegasus Laboratories, Inc., is an innovative veterinary pharmaceutical and medical product company committed to supporting veterinarians and the animal health industry. This role is located in Pensacola, FL.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will complete administrative-related tasks to support the reception desk. Primary duties include completing order entries, assigning freight carriers, scheduling meetings, setting up meeting rooms, and providing communication to both internal and external parties.

Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate party if needed
Respond to inquiries (emails, calls, in-person) received from various parties, including cross-functional teams, distribution partners, customers, and consumers
Support cross-functional teams with CDMO products, coordinate shipping needs with the client
Monitor office supplies to ensure adequate levels are available and provide administrative support as requested

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
2+ years of experience in an administrative customer service position required
Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
2+ years of experience in an FDA/CGMP manufacturing facility preferred
Experience interacting with internal and external customers, data entry, and working with spreadsheets required
