**Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to oversee and manage the flow of inventory at our dealership!**

We are looking for an inventory coordinator who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, who has excellent communication and relevant computer software know-how. The Inventory coordinator can expect to manage and handle the inventory, coordinate with different employees and departments to ensure accuracy, gather and organize data, maintain records, and respond to inquiries. Additionally, the inventory coordinator may work in teams or alone, report and advise management, all while implementing company policies and regulations.

Inventory Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Developing and fulfilling supply chain objectives

* Managing and updating the inventory systems

* Performing regular inventory checks and maintaining a record of the same

* Coordinating and handling daily operations in a timely manner

* Identifying and resolving any issues in the inventory management and processes

* Researching and developing ways to improve inventory management processes

* Preparing and maintaining inventory reports

* Examining if the supplies received are as per the order and in proper condition

* To maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and to monitor and control inventory with complete integrity

* To maintain a product location and identification program and to research if there are any discrepancies and take the necessary corrective action

* All other duties as assigned

Inventory Coordinator Experience Required:

* High school diploma or G.E.D.

* Associate's Degree is beneficial

* Experience in inventory control

* Customer service experience

Inventory Coordinator Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

* Word processing, database, and spreadsheet knowledge

* Excellent time management

* Strong communication skills
