Familiarity with utility or engineering office operations is preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operational procedures, etc. - Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret spread sheets

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.R SKILLS A N D A B ILITIES: * Required computer skills and knowledge of relevant software

* Required knowledge of operation of standard office equipment

* Required knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments

* High energy level with ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous environment

* Professional appearance maintained at all times
